Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 1 lb
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Scallions, raw, 4 medium (4-1/8" long)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 16 tbs
    Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)

Directions

Marinate meat overnight in 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce/marinade. In the morning, spray the crock pot with non-stick spray and place beef round on bottom of pot, covering with remainder of marinade from zip lock bag. Add the cup of water, cover and set on Low.

After an hour or two, you'll add your other ingredients.

Wash and hack up your potatoes into approximately 1" bits; wash, de-seed & chop your peppers into about 1" bits; dice your scallions.

Add into the pot in this order: 1st - Potato chunks; 2nd - scallions; 3rd - Green pepper chunks; 4th - other 1/2 cup Teriyaki marinade.

Cover once more and leave on Low for several more hours. To serve, break up the steak round into bits and mix evenly so that when you serve the dish, each portion gets equal amounts of everything.
