Ingredients

    Sliced Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4") Slice fairly thin.
    **Truvia (Zero Cal Stevia) 1 packet, 1 serving
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, thin
    Nonfat Plain Yogurt, 2 TBSP
    Salt and Pepper

Directions

Salt and pepper the sliced cucumbers. Mix the rest of ingredients together. Toss over cucumbers and onions. Refrigerate one hour or longer. Overnight produces a tastier salad.
