    1 Tbs. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 large onion, chopped in bite size pieces or smaller
    1 green bell pepper, chopped in bite size pieces or smaller
    1 zuccini, sliced
    1 yellow squash, sliced
    1 package cheese tortillini
    3 cans condensed tomato soup
    3 cans water
    1 Tbs. Italian seasoning


Saute garlic and onion in olive oil for 3-5 mins. Add green pepper and saute for another 2 minutes. Add zuccini and squash and saute for another minute. Add condensed tomato soup, water, tortillini and Italian seasoning. Heat on medium high heat until tortillini and veggies are cooked to desired tenderness.
