Ingredients

    # Potato, raw, 3 medium
    # Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can
    # Beans, red kidney, 2 cup
    # 100% Vegetable juice, 46 oz
    # *Libby's Cut Green Beans Natural Pack

Directions

Soak bean over night. Drain and rinse, cook according to package directions in a large pot.

Peel and cube potatos. Put in pot of waterover medium heat until tender, about 20 minutes.

Drain and rinse beans again. Return beans to large pot. Pour in vegetable juice, add corn and green beans. Stir well. Add in potato cubes when tender. Season to taste.
