    Whole Wheat Linguine
    Cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
    Bread Crumbs
    Red Wine
    Fresh basil, julienned
    Vegetable or Chicken stock
    Red Pepper Flakes - to taste
    Parmesan Cheese


Makes 4 servings if used as a side or 2 as a large main course.

Cook linguine. Meanwhile, saute garlic and tomatoes in evoo. Mix in the bread crumbs, wine, red pepper flakes and stock. Simmer until most of the liquid is reduced. Take off the heat and mix in the cooked pasta, half of the shredded parmesan and the fresh basil. Serve sprinkled with the remaining parmesan.
