Number of Servings: 6


    2.5 - 3 cups rotini pasta (cooked)
    ~ 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
    ~ 6 oz green beans (cut into 1 inch pieces)
    8-10 black olives (cut into rings)
    6-8 oz. feta cheese

    4 tbsp olive oil
    1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar


Cook pasta as directed. Drain and rinse.
Cook green beans and drain, if not cooked already.
Slice olives, beans, and cherry tomatoes while pasta cooking.
When done, toss pasta, olives, beans, and tomatoes in a large bowl.

In small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over pasta mixture and toss salad to coat everything lightly.

Lastly add in feta and stir.

Serving Size: Approximately 6-8 servings of about 1 cup each
