    6C water
    1 1/3 t instant dashi
    4T miso paste
    1 pound tofu, firm
    2 large portabella mushroom caps
    4T dehydrated wakame


Bring water to a low boil/simmer, add instant dashi. Stir to combine.
Add miso, blending thoroughly.
Add sliced mushrooms, cook at a low simmer until tender, then add diced tofu (tofu will expand) and rehydrated wakame.
