    1 slice egg plant grilled and based with 1 tsp olive oil and 1 tsp EVOO
    2 slices wheat bread (I like Natures Own 100% Wheat, 50 cals per slice)
    2 slices tomatoes
    1 thin slice of red onion
    1 leaf of romaine
    1/2 Tbsp fat free miracle whip
    1/2 tsp gourmet gardens basil blend herbs
    1 Tbsp sun dried tomatoes



Directions

baste eggplant and grill for a few minutes on each side, careful not to burn. Pile on the toppings on a sandwich and enjoy
