This is a delicious parfait for only 160 calories! Equal to a bowl of cereal, but so much better for you! I like to have it for breakfast with a piece of whole wheat toast. Ingredients

    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. frozen blueberries
    1/4 c. Back to Nature Classic Granola
    1/4 t. Truvia Natural Sweetener

Directions

Put the blueberries into a bowl. Microwave for 15 seconds. Add yogurt and Truvia. Mix together. Top with granola and enjoy!

This recipe can be made using fresh blueberries, but the result will be less cold than if you microwave the frozen berries.
