    8 large potatoes
    1 pound 93% lean ground beef
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/2 cup diced onion
    6 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 tsp tabasco sauce
    12 oz tomato sauce
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Bake potatoes until tender. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then scoop out the centerof each potato with a spoon, being careful not to cut into the skin. Place the potato pulp in a large mixig bowl.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain the beef. Add the beef to the bowl with the potato pulp. Add the chili powder, onion, garlic, tabasco sauce, and tomato sauce. mix well.
Stuff the potato shells with the potato met mixture. It will be heaping out of the skins. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cheese over the top ofeach potato. Place the potatoes on a cookie sheet, and returen to the oven for 2-3 minutes to melf the cheese. Serving 1 potato.
