    8 inch soft taco shells
    red onion
    shredded lettuce
    pizza cheese
    sour cream
    chicken tenderloins
    low sodium taco seasoning


I deep fried the soft taco shells, to form a bowl, so I added about 1/2cup of oil to the nutrition info, to get a close guess of the total calories.
To deep fat fry, use a metal potato masher, wrap the soft taco over the masher head, and using tongs to keep the taco wrapped. Put into hot oil, it will take about 10-15 seconds for the shell to take on the bowl shape and then you can remove the masher, and cook for an additional 15 seconds. Remove from oil carefully and drain upside down on paper towel.

Pan fry the chicken until golden, chop into bite size chunks, return to pan and add taco seasoning.

Build the taco bowl salad, with lettuce, tomato, onion, carrot, chicken, sour cream and cheese.

Serve immediately.
