    Green Peppers
    Corn Starch
    Soy Sauce


Prior to cooking, mix 2 Tablespoons of Corn Starch with a quarter cup of water and set aside.

Dice up Celery, Green Pepper, and Onion. Preheat cooking pan (you may add oil if needed, however I use Pam). Then place vegetables in pan and cook until tender.

Add 1 cup of water to pan and soy sauce bring to boil. Add tuna fish and then the corn starch mixer. Cook until thoroughly heated and cornstarch creates a nice sauce. Its then ready to serve over brown rice.
