Easy Pork Chop recipe, delicious Easy Pork Chop recipe, delicious
Number of Servings: 1

    1 4oz lean pork chop
    2tbsp mild salsa
    Handful of shredded cheese

    Optional spices:

Pre-Heat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet or casserole dish with foil (or you can use a drip tray style to avoid your pork from sitting in any excess fats).

If you opted to add some spices and herbs, rub the chop on both sides with the dry herbs and spices.

Place pork chops down in tray and place your 2tbsp of salsa on top evenly (to avoid it from running down the edges leave a small space before the edges of the meat).

When meat is ready, place your cheese on top and return to oven long enough for the cheese to melt.

Cooking time varies depending on the cut of the meat by about 5 minutes give for take.

Serving Size: 1 pork chop

  • I tried this recipe for the first time today, it was good but I think next time I will broil the pork chops so they get a little color to them :) - 8/7/11
