    ~2lbs Top Round
    1 Onion, sliced
    2 cubes of Beef Bouillon
    2 Bay Leafs
    1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (low fat)
    Garlic Powder (to taste) and/or Minced Garlic (to taste)
    1/4 cup Red Wine
    1/4 cup Water


Salt/Pepper roast and put into a skillet to sear & brown.

Put meat in crock pot and cover with onion slices, 2 beef bouillon cubes, 2 bay leaves, cream of mushroom soup, garlic, red wine (1/4 cup) and water (1/4 cup) until meat is submerged/covered.

Cook in crock pot ~8 hours until soft.

Serving Size: makes about 6+ servings
