    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 5 strips (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Aubergine, 50 gram cut into dice
    *zuchini, 50 gram(s)
    Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices
    4 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
    Beans, red kidney, .5 cup
    Beans, pinto, .5 cup
    Beans, white, .5 cup
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    olive oil 2 tbsp

Directions

heat oil in a wok or large pan add garlic onions carrota and peppers with salt and pepper and cook for 5 mins then add aubergine zuchini mushrooms and tomatoes cook for a further 5 mins then add beans cook for further 5 mins mixing all the time then serve
