    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    "Butterball" Turkey Bacon, 5 slices
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Broccoli, cooked, .75 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 1 tsp


Sautee onion and bacon until crispy.
Divide them and broccoli evenly among 8 silicone cupcakes cup.
Beat the eggs and distribute evenly among the cups. Bake at 325 F for 12 minutes or until set.
