Ingredients

    red potato 1lb, cut into pieces
    onion 1 med, sliced
    carrot 8oz, chopped
    butter 1oz or 2 tbsp, melted
    salt 1tsp
    garlic powder 1tsp
    thyme 1/2 tsp
    ground pepper 1/4 tsp
    hillshire farms chicken sausage 14oz

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine potato, onion, carrot, butter, salt, thyme, garlic, and pepper in a bowl. Put ingredients into a 14x9 pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
Cut sausage up and place in pan. Bake for an extra 15 to 20 minutes or until potato and carrots are cooked.
