Ingredients

    lb ground beef
    1c diced onion
    1c diced tomato
    1c diced zucchini
    .5c diced green pepper
    4oz velvetta

Directions

Brown beef and onion in a large fry pan.
Add tomato,zucchini,pepper cook till tender.
lay sliced velvetta on top and allow to melt.
