    2 1/2 cupsVERY WARM water
    3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

    1 Tbsp molasses
    1/3 cup honey
    1/3 cup canola oil

    1+ Tbsp yeast
    1+ Tbsp dough enhancer
    1 Tbsp salt

    2 cups whole wheat flour


Mix first two ingredients, add the next three and mix, and the next three and mix. Add the final flour and knead in mixer for 10 minutes.

Roll onto greased board. Cut in half. Shape loaf. Place in pans greased on bottom.

Turn on oven to 350 degrees. Let heat for 1 minute and turn off. Put bread in. Let raise for 20 minutes.

Take bread out and heat oven to 400 degrees. Put back in, TURN OVEN TO 350 DEGREES, and bake for 30 minutes or until done.

I didn't know how to calculate servings, so I weighed the loaves. 1 serving = 1 ounce slice of bread--a pretty thin slice
