Ingredients

    CAKE
    - 1/2 cup of butter or margarine
    - 1/2 cup of sugar
    - 2 Eggs
    - 1+1/2 cup of white flour
    - 2 tbsp of Lemon zest
    - 1 tbsp of Baking Powder
    - 1 tsp of baking soda
    - 1+1/2 cup of milk


    ICING
    - Icing sugar (about 2 cup)
    - Margarine (about 1 tbsp)
    - Milk (just a little bit)

Directions

Mix all your dry ingredients together. In another bowl, mix all your liquid ingredients. Then, slowly add your liquid ingredients to you dry ones while you mix them all.
For the icing, add your sugar and your margarine (or butter) and mix them together. Then, add a little bit of milk until you get the right consistence.

Serving Size: Makes about 14 medium cupcakes
