    2 cans Bumble Bee solid white albacore tuna in water, drained
    1/2 valdelia onion, chopped
    1/2 cup of choppped, red, yellow and orange peppers
    1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
    1cup shredded cheddar cheese
    8 oz sour cream
    whole grain pasta (8 oz box)


cook pasta and drain. Saute onions, mushrooms, and peppers until slightly cooked. Mix everything together and put into sprayed casserole dish in over at 350 for about 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serving Size: makes 8 1 cup servings
