    Yogurt 1 Cup
    Fruit 1 Cup (berries, peaches, bananas, etc)
    Almonds 2 tbsp
    Seasonings (cinnamon and nutmeg)


NO cooking! Just layer anyway you want, I start with some yogurt on the bottom and then mix from there. If you have regular 0% plain yogurt and want to add a flavor, in a seperate bowl mix your 1 cup of yogurt with a cap full or teaspoon of vanilla extract or other flavoring and then start making the parfait. (Instead of parfait this can just be a quick mix of the ingredients into a bowl and stirred.)
