I love garlic I love garlic
Number of Servings: 4


    Chick Peas, 1 cup
    Tahini, 2 tbsp
    Water, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves, finely chopped and crushed
    Onions, raw, 1 small, finely chopped
    Parika, ground, 1tsp
    Juice of 1 lemon


Add your own flavourings


Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend well.
Sprinkle a little extra paprika on top before serving. Delicious on toast, crackers and crisp bread or as a dip for vegetable crudites.

I find it tastes better if you make it the day before you want it. Keeps for 7 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
