    2 lbs beef bottom roast
    2 pints cherry tomatoes
    6 peeled cloves of garlic
    6 sprigs of fresh thyme


Pre heat oven to 350, season roast with salt and pepper. Put all ingredients in roasting pan, put in oven until internal temperture reaches 150 degrees. Let rest 10 minutes before carving.
