Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Cups of long grain rice (basmati if you have it)
    2lbs imitation crab
    1lbs medium cooked shrimp
    1 tbsp paprika
    1 lg.red bell pepper
    1 lg. green bell pepper
    Hellmann's light mayo

Directions

Cook 2 cups of rice and allow to cool. Dice red and green bell peppers and stir in. Dice 2 lbs imitation crab and add cooked medium shrimp. 1 cup of Hellmann's light mayo, salt and paprika to taste. Keep cool.
