    16 oz package of whole wheat rotini
    2 cans of spagetti/maranara sauce
    1 1/4 pounds of ground chuck 80/20
    1/2 cup onions
    2 serrano peppers (optional)


1. Put water on to boil for rotini. When it comes to full boil add rotini and cook until the texture is what you want.
2. While rotini is cooking, cook ground chuck, peppers, and onions in a non-stick skillet on low medium heat until brown, but not crispy. Break ground chuck up into small pieces as it is cooking.
3. When meat is done, add to drained rotini. Add the two cans of spagetti/maranara sauce. Lower heat to low and cook about 5 minutes.
