Ingredients

    1 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen
    0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    0.5 cup Peas, frozen
    1 large Onions, raw
    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    4 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Sauté raw veggies in olive oil. Cook frozen veggies in microwave. Add garlic last.
