Introduction

A less fattenning and easier/quicker version of my Original Gourmet Pizza. (Instead of using Cider Vinegar, I use Red Wine Vinegar--couldn't find the info. for Red Wine Vinegar on the food discription link...it can't be bad though.) Ingredients

    Albertson's Multigrain, Stonebaked Pizza Crust
    3 Roma Tomatoes
    Red Onion
    3 large Brown Crimini Mushrooms
    Shredded Mozzarrella Cheese
    Olive Oil
    Red Wine Vinegar
    (Rosemary, Marjoram & Basil) sprinkle for taste
    Garlic Salt (lightly sprinkle for taste)

Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Arrange tomato slices evenly oncrust. Sprinkle onion slices over tomato slices, then top with mushroom pieces/slices. Sprinkle Mozzarella evenly over vegetables. Sprinkle Garlic Salt, rosemary, marjoram & Basil over the cheese; followed by lightly sprinkle extra-virgin olive oil & red wine vinegar over the cheese & spices. Bake for approx. 10 minutes. Watch for pizza crust not to burn. Slice into 6 portions.
