Ingredients

    3/4 Cup Skim Milk
    3 T. Canola Oil
    1.5 Cups Mashed Bananas (about 4)
    3 Eggs
    3/4 Cup Splenda
    3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
    2 1/4 Cup White Wheat Flour (Hyvee, unbleached)
    1 1/2 t. Baking Soda
    1 t. Salt

Directions

Place ingredients into bread maker in order shown. Works best if liquid ingredients are at room temp. Put on sweet bread setting.
