    2 cups corn
    3 ounces pimentos, drained
    8 ounces edamame beans, shelled
    2 tablespoons butter
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1/3 cup almond slivers, toasted


1. In an electric skillet, melt the butter. Then add the corn, salt, and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes.

2. Add pimentos and edamame to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes.

3. And the almonds and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 6, 1/2 cup servings
