    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 large cucumber, chopped
    1 zucchini, chopped
    4 oz. crumbled feta
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    oregano, salt & pepper to taste

    Pita Chips


Mix the first 7 ingredients and chill until flavors are mingled. Serve with the tatziki, hummus and pita chips for a cool summer dinner.
