Introduction

From Betty Crocker....yummy! I serve with grilled red potatoes (with the same spices/lemon juice and a touch of tomato sauce) and a frozen mixed veggie. From Betty Crocker....yummy! Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    2 tsp fresh Rosemary, chopped
    1/3 Lemon Juice
    1 Tbsp Lemon zest
    2 cloves, minced garlic
    1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
    1 Tbsp Honey
    2/3 lb, Chicken Breast, no skin

Directions

In large bowl or resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix all ingredients except chicken. Add chicken; turn to coat. Cover bowl or seal bag; refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours to marinate.

Heat gas or charcoal grill. Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Place chicken on grill over medium heat. Cook 10 minutes.

Brush chicken with marinade; turn chicken. Cook 20 to 30 minutes longer, turning and brushing frequently with marinade, until juice of chicken is clear when thickest piece is cut. Discard any remaining marinade.
