Introduction

Took this recipe and made it into a low fat version! Amazing! Took this recipe and made it into a low fat version! Amazing!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 garlic cloves, minced
    8 skinless. boneless chicken breast **Thinly sliced
    1 package of frozen spinach
    3 packages of alfredo sauce mix
    1/4 cup Pesto
    16 oz of penne pasta










Directions

Heat a large skillet and add garlic. Cook for about one minute then add chicken breast.

When chicken is close to being done (no longer pink) add spinach and saute together about 3-4 minutes.

Meanwhile make Alfredo sauce as directed on package...I used nonfat Milk. When sauce is ready add 1/4 pesto. Set this aside

Boil pasta till al dente

Add chicken and alfredo mix to the pasta and simmer for 10 minutes while stirring

Serving Size: Makes 8 1 - 1&1/2 cup servings
