Number of Servings: 10


    1 cup bread crumbs
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
    1/3 cup onion
    1/4 cup non fat milk
    20 oz lean ground turkey
    3 oz mozarella cheese

    2 jars ragu light sauce

    1 box barilla plus thin spaghetti


combine all ingredients for meatballs except meat combine bread crumbs should be moist if looks dry add a little more milk or a little water add meat and just combine

dice mozarella cheese into 20 small piece form meatballs placing 1 piece of cheese in each meatball and forming around to enclose cheese place on sprayed baking sheet
should get 20 meatballs place in 350 degree oven and bake 30 min

pour sauce in pan and simmer on low add meatballs when done and continue simmering 15- 20 min

while sauce simmering with meatballs cook pasta according to directions

Serving Size: 2 meat balls , 2 oz pasta and 1/2-3/4 cup sauce
