Ingredients

1 1/3 Cup Water
1 1/4 Tsp Yeast
2 Tbsp Soy Powder
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 Sugar
1/5 Tsp Salt
4 1/4 Cups Spelt Flour (can use 3 C. White & 1 1/4 C. Whole-Spelt as another option)
1 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Cup Raisins
Directions
Measure all ingredients, except raisins, in the order listed into the bread machine's baking pan. Place machine in chamber, secure, and close lid. Choose "basic" setting and "regular" crust. When machine indicates (beeps?), add raisins. Cool thoroughly before slicing. Makes 1 (2 lb) loaf.
