    Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 16 oz
    Garlic, 1 clove finely chopped
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Basil, 5 leaves
    Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp


slice all your grape tomatoes in half and throw in a non-reactive (glass or ceramic) baking dish. finely mince your garlic, basil and oregano. toss in with tomatoes, salt and pepper. drizzle with olive oil, toss all ingredients together, cover baking dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for an hour. your house will smell amazing. when ingredients are roasted, let cool to room temperature, then liquefy in food processor or by smashing with fork for chunkier tomato sauce.
