This is actually a nice side dish to a main meal when you are craving something a little different than your typical side salad. With only 150 calories, this is a nice light summer alternative! Ingredients

    3.50 oz Shrimp, raw
    1 cup shredded Lettuce, red leaf (salad)
    1 tbsp Salsa
    40 grams Sour cream, fat free
    .33 cup slices Cucumber (with peel)

Directions

Grill Shrimp with desired spices like paprika, hot shots pepper spice, garlic powder, salt, and lemon juice.
Baste with lemon juice while cooking and as soon as you remove it from the grill.
Mix fat free sour cream with salsa for dressing.
Add cukes and celary to salad.
Serve all together.
