Ingredients

    Garlic, 3 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 cup
    Thyme, fresh, .25 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp


Directions

Roast garlic and olive oil and thyme sprigs in pan at 375 degrees F for 45 to 60 minutes, until golden brown. Cool and blend, removing thyme sprigs. Use as a spread or in anything that calls for garlic.
