    1 cup walnut halfs toasted in oven at 325 8 minutes than chopped and cooled
    2 Cups flour
    1/4 Cup flax seed ground
    1/4 Cup dark chocolate chips ground or chopped
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 Cup canola oil
    1/4 Cup unsweetened applasauce
    1/2 Cup Fat free plain greek yogurt
    1 Cup grated/shredded zucchini


roast walnuts and cool. Add dry ingredients in large bowl. Combine wet ingredients in med bowl. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients stir til moistened add zucchini and nuts and pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 325 1 hour 10 minutes-cool in pan 5 minutes

Serving Size: 1 loaf or 16 slice
