    2.5 cups wheat flour
    1 package quick rise yeast
    1.5 cups hot water
    2tbsp olive oil
    1tsp salt
    Turkey pepperoni
    Green bell pepper
    8oz shredded mozzarella cheese
    8oz tomato sauce
    1 can black olives
    2tsp italian or pizza seasoning


Preheat the oven to 450. In a large mixing bowl combine about half the flour, yeast and salt. Add the hot water all at once followed by oil. Mix for about 30 seconds fast, then mix 1-2 minutes more until dough is all mixed together. Add in the rest of flour with a wooden spoon. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic. Cover the dough (I use a clean kitchen towel) and let sit for 30-45 mintues.
While the dough is rising, prepare the rest of the ingredients, slice the green pepper and olives and shred the cheese.
When the dough is doubled in size, spread on a floured/greased baking pan and roll into a circle. Use a fork to poke several holes in the dough and place in the oven for 10minutes. Take the dough out and spread tomato sauce and seasoning over the crust. Place cheese and other toppings on the pizza and cook for 10-12 minutes.
