Ingredients

    2 Scoops Curves Chocolate Protein Shake
    1 cup Skim Milk
    .5 Cup Mashed Bananas
    2 T Natural Peanut Butter(I use Skippy)
    2 Ice Cubes

Directions

Blend all ingredients together. This has a high amount of Protein and is yummy!!! Keeps you going before or after a work out!!!
