Quick dish that could be modified to substitute butter. However, you will find that you will not use the whole amount of butter called for here and will have lots of dry mixture left as well. Ingredients

    4 Pork Tenderloin steaks, boneless
    5 tbsp butter (original recipe called for 2/3 cup and was way too much)
    2 cups Ritz Crackers
    1 cup Parmesan Cheese
    1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
    1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

Crush 2 cups Ritz crackers and combine with remaining dry ingredients in a shallow pan. Dip pork chops one at a time in the melted butter, then dredge in the Ritz cracker mixture. Place in baking pan and bake at 425 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
