Number of Servings: 6


    1 # Italian pork sausage (hot)
    2 baking potatoes
    2 cans green beans
    1/2 small onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (98% ff)
    1-2 oz. cheddar cheese


Bake potatoes day ahead. Brown sausage and simmer 30 minutes, day ahead if you like too.
Cool potatoes- overnight for cutting into bite size pieces

Cut up potatoes and diced onion
Drain and rinse beans
Pre- heat oven to 350 degrees
Use oblong dish or 9x13 dish
Layer beans, diced potatoes, sausage, and onion. Add soup to top of dish and some water.
Add 1-2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese to top of dish.
Bake 35 minutes..

Serving Size: 1 cup =serving size
