    2 medium sweet potatoes,chunks
    4 medium white potatoes,chunks
    2.5 cups of frozen corn
    1 medium chopped celery stalk
    1 medium onion,chopped
    4-5 large carrots, chopped
    2 medium red peppers,chopped
    2 medium green peppers,chopped
    2 packages of cut up stewing beef
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 can of beef gravy
    1 can of diced tomatoes
    3-4 cups of beef broth(water&bouillon cubs mixed)
    3 tbsp of corn starch mixed with 3/4 cup of ice cold water


Chop up all vegetables into bit sized chunks and place in a deep pot
Add your stewing beef chunks
Add can of diced tomatoes
Add can of beef gravy
Add about 3-4 cups of beef broth
Cook on medium low till beginning to boil(about 45min) then mix corn starch and ice water and add to pot(stiring frequently)
Turn heat down to a low setting and let cook for about another 4-5hrs(stir about every hour or so)
