    1 Cup Chopped Broccoli
    1 Cup Sweet Bell Peppers (variety)
    1 Cup Carrots
    1 Can Baby Corns
    3-5 Mushrooms
    1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
    1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    2 Cups Rice Noodles
    1/2 Cup VH Orange Ginger Stir Fry Sauce
    1/2 Cup Vegitable or Chicken Broth (fat free)


In a large wok or skillet cook Chicken in half of the vegitable broth. While the chicken cooks, cut up and wash all vegitables. After the chicken is cooked all the way threw remove from pan and add the remaining broth and all vegitables. Stir Fry the vegitables until soft and then add VH Sauce and chicken. Mix all together and let simmer for 2-5 minutes. Top on cooked rice noodles.

Serving Size: 1 Cup Stir Fry and 1 Cup Rice Noodles
