    1 large can of stewed, peeled tomatoes
    1 large peeled cucumber
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped raw cilantro
    3-4 cloves of garlic
    1/2 bell pepper
    2 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp ground cumin
    a few dashes of hot sauce (optional)


Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until consistency desired is reached. I sometimes add tomato juice to mine to thin it down a bit.

Chill in the refrigerator until cold. Serve cold.
