Introduction

All the ingredients in this soup are "negative" carlorie foods, which means, you burn more calories eating then and digesting them than they actually have in them! The more you eat the more you lose! Great staple for anyone's diet who wants to lose weight, plus, it taste great too! Ingredients

    28 oz. can of diced tomatoes (your choice of brands)
    48 oz. can of V8 Juice
    1 cup of diced onions
    1 cup of diced green peppers
    1 cup of diced zachinni squash
    1/4 of cup of finely diced jalapeno peppers (if desired)
    5 stalks of celery chopped
    2 cups chopped cabbage

Directions

In a large pot combine all of the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Turn the temperature down and simmer for about 30 - 45 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

Serve warm and enjoy!
