    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 0.5 cup dry
    Portabella Mushrooms, 400 grams
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Brocilli Raw, 2 serving
    Spinach, fresh, 3 cup
    garlic, one head or bulb, approx. 10 cloves
    Italian Herb Seasoning - McCormick, 0.25 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth,4 cups
    Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped


Saute onions for a couple minutes, add garlic and saute for a few more minutes.

Add water, veggie stock and quinoa bring to a boil.

Add all other ingredients (except spinach and walnuts) and reduce heat. cover and let simmer for about 15 minutes.

Add spinach and walnuts and let simmer for about 5-10 more minutes.

Serving Size: makes 10 X 1 cup servings
