    1 beaten egg
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
    3 minced cloves of garlic
    1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
    1 pound extra lean ground beef
    6 2 1/2 x 1/2 x1/2 sticks of mozzarella cheese
    Extra spaghetti sauce to top meat loaves


Combine the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce, garlic and rosemary in a large bowl. Divide mixture into six portions, shape each into a loaf arund the stick of cheese, completely covering the cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, top each loaf with a tablespoon of spaghetti sauce and bake for another five minutes. Let rest five minutes before eating.

Unbaked loaves can be wrapped in foil and frozen for up to three months. To bake these, place still frozen loaves in a pan loosely covered with foil and bake at 325 for an hour, remove covering and bake for another ten minutes. Drain fat and top with sauce and bake for five more minutes.
