    2 slices of wheat bread, with crusts,
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground sage
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp Ketchup
    1/3 cup water
    1.25 lbs super lean ground beef (93/7)
    1 large egg
    4tsp ketchup


Preheat oven to 375.

Pulse wheat bread in food processor until crumbs. Toast in preheating oven, stirring occasionally.

Heat olive oil in medium skillet. Add onions, salt, sage, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until onions are soft but not browned. Deglaze pan with Worcestershire sauce and remove from heat. Add ketchup and water and set aside to cool.

When breadcrumbs are a medium brown, return to food processor and pulse again.

In large bowl mix ground beef, egg, onion mixture, and breadcrumbs with a fork to keep from compressing the beef. Shape into 4 equal loaves an bake in a well greased pan for 20-30 minutes or until juices run clear.

Drain fat and allow to stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
